The First German TV Channel ARD employs two TeamSIP systems with a total of 150 extensions for the European Football Championships in Austria and Switzerland. These systems are operable on a mobile basis and can be used during the events for telephony of staff and press on site.

TeamFON supplies the systems and looks after the implemenation as well as the training of staff.

The Community of Neuried near Munich uses TeamSIP with a total of 120 extensions for all its public institutions, such as town hall, schools, kindergartens and day care centres. In this case there is only one central telephone system; all other public institutions use SIP telephones and log on to the telephone server via a secure network connection. The advantage of this solution is that a single central telephone system is sufficient. It is easy to manage and support, and overall costs are kept to a minimum.

Basis Audionet is a manufacturer of high-quality telephone switches and callcenter solutions. TeamSIP’s role is in the support department, managing a total of 40 extensions.

Kabelfernsehen München introduces TeamSIP for a total of 250 workstations. The main focus is on customer support and sales. Several waiting queues have to pass the incoming calls on to staff members.
